A. All Reservation Request Forms require two preferred dates of travel. The vast majority of the time, we are able to accommodate one of the requested travel dates. If for any reason, we’re unable to accommodate your travel; your reservation payment is refundable.


Q. What is the difference in a Registration Form and Reservation Form?

 
A. A Registration Form simply registers your gift certificate with Perfect Travel Promotions and creates the applicable Reservation Form (s) to be mailed to you. A Reservation Form is to be completed and mailed with your requested dates of travel for booking and confirmation.

The "Choose Your Trip Vacation"

Q. What does this vacation gift certificate consist of?

A. We have different versions of this gift certificate. Our most current Choose Your Trip Vacation gift certificate includes your choice of three (3) Vacation gift certificates. Choice #1 is a 2-Night Eastern Caribbean Cruise. Choice #2 is a 4-Day/3-Night Las Vegas vacation. Choice #3 is a 5-Day/4-Night Mexico Beach vacation.

Q.  How do I register and/or choose my Vacation?

A. Choose the vacation selection you want to take advantage of, then complete and mail your Registration Form. Once we receive your completed registration form, we will mail the Reservation Request Form of your choice.

The  " Multi Vacation Extravaganza "


 
Q. What does this gift certificate consist of? Is airfare included?

A. There are different versions of The Multi Vacation Extravaganza certificate. The current version showing on the site includes a 4-Day/3-Night Mexico Vacation, a 3-Day/2-Night Multi-Destination Getaway and a 4-Day/3-Night Bahamas Cruise & Island Vacation. Transportation to your vacation destination, transfers, meals, and hotel taxes are the responsibility of the traveler.

Q. How do I register my Multi Vacation package?

A. Complete and mail your registration form, including the applicable Refundable Registration Deposit, and we will mail all three (3) of your Reservation Request Forms.

Q. When will I receive my registration refundable deposit back?

A. Your deposit is refundable within 30 days of completion of travel on one of your vacation gift certificates, by contacting Perfect Travel Promotions via email or letter.

Q. What if we cannot get our requested dates of travel?

A. If we are unable to reserve your 1st or 2nd preferred dates of travel, you will have the choice of choosing another destination and/or travel date. If we’re unable to accommodate a destination and travel date to your satisfaction, we will return your reservation payment and certificate to travel at a later date.

Q. Can I upgrade my hotel and add on additional nights?

A. Yes, we can add additional nights at discount rates. Many of our destinations have upgrade options. Ask your travel coordinator for specific pricing at the time of booking.

Q. How many people does this gift certificate accommodate?

Q. What does this vacation gift certificate consist of? Is airfare included?

The current version showing on the site includes your choice of one of the following vacations…an 8-Day/7-Night resort hotel accommodations, an 8-Day/7-Night Bahamas Cruise, Island, and Florida vacation OR a 4-Day/3-Night All-inclusive Mexico Beach vacation. Transportation to your choice destination, transfers, meals (except the Mexico all-inclusive choice), and hotel taxes (except the Mexico all-inclusive choice) are the responsibility of the traveler.

  The  " Bahamas Cruise & Island Vacation "
 
Q. What does this vacation package consist of? Is airfare included?

A. This gift certificate includes a round-trip Cruise for two to the Grand Bahamas Island, aboard the Discovery Sun, inclusive of shipboard meals and entertainment, plus Island Resort accommodations for three (3) nights. Transportation to and from the Port Everglades area, transfers, hotel taxes, and gratuities are the responsibility of the traveler.
 

Q. Does the Ship sail on specific days of the week? What if I cannot get the dates I request?

A. The "Discovery Sun" ship cruises every day of the week with the exception of  Wednesdays.
All Reservation Request Forms require two preferred dates of travel. The vast majority of the time, we are able to accommodate one of the requested travel dates. If for any reason, we’re unable to accommodate your travel; your reservation payment is refundable.

Q. Where is Port Everglades? Are there any hotels we can book near the port?

A. Port Everglades is located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. We can offer you hotels near the airport and on the beach at discount rates. Ask your Travel Coordinator for availability and pricing for pre and/or post cruise hotel accommodations.

Q. Do I need a passport to Cruise to the Bahamas?

A. Beginning January 1st 2008 you will need a passport.

Q. Can I upgrade my Island resort hotel and/or add on additional nights?

A. We offer resort/hotel upgrades to oceanfront condos, as well as, an All Inclusive resort
 on the beach. We can also add on additional nights at all of our resort/hotel properties. Your assigned travel coordinator will have all of that information for you.

Q. How many people does this gift certificate accommodate?

A. This vacation gift certificates will accommodate two (2) adults.

Q. Can I travel with my friends/family members who also have a certificate?

A. Gift certificates are not valid for group travel (two or more certificates traveling together).

Q. How much is it for additional travelers?

A. This cost will vary, based on the chosen island resort. Your travel coordinator will be able to answer this at the time of booking.

Q. Can I book less than the required 60-day advance notice?

A. Reservations can be booked with less than the required advance notice, based on availability, and are subject to a surcharge.

Q. Do you offer any discount hotel rates for either before or after the cruise?

A. We do offer discount hotel rates in Ft. Lauderdale before and after the cruise. Ask your travel coordinator if they are available at the time of booking.

A. Since this is promotional travel, you will be checking in at one of our Welcome Centers at your specific location with your confirmation letter. The Welcome Center will direct you to your specific hotel.

Transportation to and from the Central Florida area, hotel taxes and gratuities in Florida are the responsibility of the traveler.

Q. What if we cannot get our requested dates of travel? What happens to my money order/check?

A. This vacation certificate is subject to promotional availability, and a stated minimum advance booking notice is required. However, based on availability, reservations can be booked with less than the stated advance notice, subject to a surcharge.

Some sample Las Vegas hotels are… Flamingo, Tuscany, Renaissance, and Imperial Palace.

Q. Can I upgrade my resort or add on additional nights?

A. Yes, we can add  an additional night at discount rates. Ask your travel coordinator for specific pricing at the time of booking. You can also ask your representative at the Welcome Center about the availability of upgrading your hotel.

The “2-Night Imperial Majesty Eastern Caribbean Cruise”

Q. What dates does the Imperial Majesty sail on?

A. The Imperial Majesty’s 2-night cruise sails on the Odd or Even days of each month.

Your travel coordinator will go over their schedule with you once your reservation form is received by Perfect Travel Promotions.

 

Q: What does this 2-Night cruise gift certificate consist of?

A. Your 2-night cruise to Nassau includes all shipboard meals, entertainment, and your entry level cabin. You will be responsible for transportation to/from the Port Everglades (Ft. Lauderdale, Florida) area, transfers, port taxes, and gratuities. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are not included. A fuel surcharge is being collected by Imperial Majesty at the pier, day of check in of $20 per person, *subject to change.*

Q. Can I add more people to this form?

Q. Does the ship allow for disabilities? Are there any age restrictions?

A. Yes, the Imperial Majesty is wheelchair accessible. Please advise your travel coordinator of any other special needs you may require. You must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a cabin. Imperial Majesty has age/weight restrictions on their entry level cabins.

Q. What Port does this cruise ship depart from?

A. The 3 day 2-night Imperial Majesty cruise leaves from Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. If you upgrade to 3 or more nights you will sail with Royal Caribbean which leaves from Miami, Port Canaveral, Los Angeles, & Ft. Lauderdale.

Q. What is the itinerary of this cruise?

A. The 3 day 2-night Imperial Majesty sails from Ft. Lauderdale to Nassau, Bahamas and back. The upgrade Royal Caribbean cruise depends on how many nights you are sailing. Your travel coordinator will give the ships itinerary specific to your sailing dates.

Q. Do you have any hotels near the Cruise Port (s)?

A. Yes, we can offer you hotels near the Port and on the beach at discounted rates. Ask your travel coordinator for availability and pricing for pre and/or post cruise hotel accommodations.

Q: Do I need a passport?

A. As of January 1, 2008, U.S. citizens traveling between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda by Sea (including ferries), will be required to present a valid U.S. passport or other documents as determined by the Department of Homeland Security. 

Q. Can I book my trip without a 90 day advanced notice?

A. Yes, if your dates are available, and a surcharge is applicable.

Q. Can I book this cruise just for myself?

A. This gift certificate is based on double occupancy and will be booked as such. The total Reservation payment will still be $198.00.
Once we receive your reservation form with the applicable fees your travel coordinator will discuss everything and will have the answers to all of your questions.

Once we receive your reservation form with the refundable deposit, your travel coordinator will contact you and will answer any other questions you may have the answers to all of your questions.

The “3 Day 2-Night All-Inclusive Mexico Get-A-Way”

 Q. Is Airfare included with this gift certificate?

A. Your gift certificate covers All Inclusive accommodations for 3 Days/2 Nights at your choice of destinations in Beautiful Mexico. You will be responsible for your airfare to and from.

Q. Do I need a passport?

A.
 All International Air travel, beginning 1/1/07, requires a valid passport.


Q. Can I book this under the 60 day advanced notice?

A. We will always attempt to book your dates, but a surcharge may apply for bookings with less than a 60-day advance notice.

Q. Can I add additional nights? Can I add people on to my vacation?

A. Yes. Your Travel Coordinator will go over options to add on additional people and/or additional nights at a discounted rate at the time of booking.

Q. How long is my gift certificate good for?

A. There should be an expiration date located at the bottom left hand corner of your gift certificate.

Q. If I have more than one certificate can I use them consecutively?

A. These are promotional gift certificates and only one certificate can be used at a time. Two or more certificates can not be used back to back to create a longer stay.
Once we receive your reservation form with the applicable fees your travel coordinator will discuss everything and will have the answers to all of your questions.

 

 

The "5 Day/4-Night Mexico Beach Vacation"

Q. What is the $100.00 refundable deposit for?

A. This deposit is sent with the reservation form to ensure your reservation is confirmed and held. You will receive your refund at the designated resort after you check-in or after you return from travel by contact P.T.P. via email or letter, depending on the resort.

Q. Do I have any additional fees?

A. $12 to $15 per person, per night, government hotel taxes will be your responsibility at the time of check-in.

Q. Is the Airfare included?

A. No. This vacation choice includes hotel accommodations only. Once you have been confirmed by your travel agent you may then purchase your airfare tickets.

Q. Do I need a passport?

A. All International Air travel, beginning 1/1/08, requires a valid passport.

Q. Is this an All Inclusive vacation?

A. No. This vacation choice includes the 4 night’s hotel accommodations only. You are responsible for your meals, transfers, entertainment and airfare. Ask your travel coordinator about upgrading to an All Inclusive to have unlimited meals, drinks, and entertainment included

Q. Can I add additional nights? Can I add people on to my vacation?

A. Yes. Your Travel Coordinator will go over options to add on additional people and/or additional nights at a discounted rate at the time of booking.

Q. What if we cannot get our requested dates of travel? What happens to my money order/check?

A. If we are unable to reserve your 1st or 2nd preferred dates of travel, you will have the choice of choosing another travel date. If we’re unable to accommodate a travel date to your satisfaction, we’ll refund your reservation payment and return your certificate to travel at a later date.

Q. Where will I be staying?

A.
Since this is promotional travel, your assigned travel agent will discuss available Mexico properties at the time of reservation booking, based on the season of travel.

 


 

Once we receive your reservation form with the refundable deposit, your travel coordinator will contact you and will answer any other questions you may have the answers to all of your questions.
